Like many new freelancers, the owner of DataUp evolved the services he was offering and the types of clients he was looking for over his first year in business. As he honed in on what DataUp was really about — fractional Chief Technology Officer services for e-commerce businesses grossing at least $500k/year — it became clear that the message being delivered by his website needed a refresh.

We worked together to define his ideal customer, the three services he thought were the most important to center on the homepage, and the types of problems that his past clients believed he had solved for them. Using that client feedback, which was captured specifically for this project, I was able to create a compelling story that would help his future clients to take action and schedule a call.
