Igor was looking to expand his website to describe all the service offerings that were not currently described there, so that his current clients would have a better idea of what else he has to offer.
We began by re-messaging his homepage to reflect the new depth of his offerings. I then added services pages for each of the new services and reworked the messaging on all the existing pages. I also conducted interviews with several of his long-time clients to gain perspective on what they found valuable about the old and new offerings. These interviews provided useful quotes for new and re-worked pages that now cast the visitor as the “hero”, and PowerSync as the “guide”.
While Igor’s work is highly technical, the outcomes that his clients are looking for are easy to understand, and this is where the new messaging is now focused.
